WHY SPONSOR STAGE 43?

Stage 43 has been entertaining Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody and surrounding area residents with live theatre for over 30 years.

 

94% of our members and volunteers live in the Tri-Cities and Stage 43 spends over $70,000.00 annually with local merchants.

 

Each season consists of three productions with eight performances each at the Evergreen Cultural Centre.  Our audience of 3,000 is made up of local residents.  We advertise extensively through direct mail, newspapers, posters, handbills, display booths and appearances at festivals and other community events.  You can find us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

 

Our website www.stage43.org attracts patrons looking for an entertaining evening out in the local community.  Our performers, directors, backstage crew and executive are community members and volunteers.  Box Office proceeds do not provide enough revenue to operate any theatre company.  Theatre groups rely on donor support and sponsorship to cover operating costs and to maintain a high artistic level.  By giving to Stage 43 donors and sponsors directly support community theatre and aid our efforts in arts education making the Tri-Cities a more enjoyable place to live.

Performance Sponsor- $150.00

 

  • Your name announced on stage as the performance sponsor.
  • Opportunityto be present in the lobby.
  • Your promotional and marketing material displayed in the theatre lobby.
  • One page program insert with your name, address and pertinent information.
  • Two complementary tickets to the performance you sponsor.
  • Additional tickets at discounted pricing.

 

Opening Night Sponsor - $500.00

 

In addition to the Performance Sponsor package above:

 

  • Reception before opening night performance.  Food provided by Saint Street Grill.
  • Two complementary tickets (for a total of four) to the opening night performance.
  • Recognition and web link on Stage 43’s website.

 

Production Sponsor - $1,000.00

 

In addition to the Performance and Opening Night Sponsor packagesabove:

 

  • Your name announced at all eight performances.
  • Direct link to your website from Stage 43’s website sponsors page.
  • Four complementary (for a total of eight) tickets to the performances of your choice.
  • Sole business category sponsorship (i.e. we would never have two financial institutions, restaurants, or car dealerships, etc. sponsor the same evening).
  • Your name or logo on all pre-production advertising material.
  • Backstage tour for you and your clients – maximum of eight people.

 

Season Sponsor - $2,500.00

 

In addition to the Performance, Opening Night and Production Sponsor packagesabove:

 

  • Eight (for a total of sixteen) complementary tickets to each production.
  • Named as a season sponsor at each production.
  • Your name and logo on all printed advertising material for the season.
  • Your name and logo on the Stage43.org home page and Production pages with a direct link to your website.
  • End of season thank you in the Tri-City News and The Now newspapers.
